GOD'S Strength
Spiritual Things Require Spiritual Strength -
- Ability is strength
Philippians 4:13,"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
- Confidence is strength
Neh 8:10
for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
- Boldness is Strength
Acts 4:29
grant unto Thy servants that with all boldness they may speak Thy Word,
These are signs that God has authorized You to act.
"MIGHT" Angelic Strength
( Whenever you see the word might, or mighty in the scripture) this translation is referring to angelic strength.
In ministry, one of the signs of angelic assistance, is uncommon confidence in a particular area, is a sign that the angel of that particular gift has come to strengthen you and join you in service.
2 Corinthians 10:4

4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
There is a confidence that comes, and a strength that comes through angelic help to pull down strongholds

Sometimes God will bring you through Dry places, to find new places in his strength.
Fasting is a form of discovering Spiritual Strength.
John 4:34
Jesus said unto them, “My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work.
Notice that Jesus describes, doing the will and work of god is food for him. Being in god's will automatically accesses the spiritual protein that strengthen you.
But notice that Spiritual Strength is not a substitute for Physical and mental strength - You Mental & Physical Strength must be balanced
The grace and strength of God can hold up your life for a season... but eventually, will require you to take responsibility for all three dimensions of your strength. Proper diet and exercise for all three parts of your being.
