Isaiah 46:10
I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’
ALREADY HAPPENED
There is a place in God where things have already happened, events have already occurred, and decisions have already been made... As the above scripture states, God is speaking from a perspective the the church has yet to access. While we are still scratching our heads with what's taking place in the world around us - God is already watching it... watching our response... and making decisions based upon a response we have already made, that we did not know we have made! Wow, that's a mouthful. When you really think about it - God moves according to where the hearts of the nations are.
A PROPHETS POSITION
When an Intercessor and a Prophet positions their heart in humility before the Lord - this realm of "already happened" is layed bare before the eyes of the church. In Abrahams day 400 years of decisions from Gods throne were revealed to him, and in Moses day thousands of years before his time was seen on the backside of Gods glory in the Cleft of the rock.
CONTENDING WITH GOD
When we truly take this place in faith, God reveals his secrets and mysteries and makes us a part of the His decision making process - much like the ministry of Abraham and Moses as clearly displayed in the scripture. We see Moses contending with God about the nation (exodus 32:11) and Abraham contends with God over Sodom and Gomorra (Gen 18:22:33). It's not that God need needs our opinion or input - but its more that he has chosen to make us a part of His. It becomes complete in Christ when we are reconciled to our original position as steward over our world. We should see the nations, make decisions over them based upon what we know God has said - and based upon his word... and we should speak on behalf of our house, ministry and our world!
YOUR WITNESS
In the end, in spite of what you like or don't like - God has given you more control than you know - He's waiting for you to plead your case before him, to contend with him over his Word - even to contend with him over your nation. He has given you eyes to see and a position to be a witness. Don't take your witness for granted - no witness is small or insignificant - your account matters, and God is waiting to hear from you. When you enter into a place to be boldly in his throne of grace before Him, be ready to be Corrected, Directed and Perfected. This is what God wants for You!
Let us continue to pray for our Nation - there are things that we as the Church can intercede for and move - and yet, there are things that are inevitable. One thing is for sure - if we humble ourselves and pray - God will heal our Land!
This has been a powerful season, and God has used this ministry to touch lives, our programs and services have only been the result of what a community of partners, hearts and hands to serve God can do. You are needed for the harvest.
