Spiritual RECOVERY
Proverbs 24:16: "For a just man falleth seven times,
and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief."
Failure is a both an event and a Spirit, not just a moment in time or an occurrence, Success is the same. Success in the spirit is marked by its eternal properties - meaning its ability to to remain. This means that anything in God is living, not because its breathing in the present time, but because its existence is beyond the now, anything in death - is not marked by its current state of being, but by its eternal state of being...

Failure is no greater, its ability to stick to you, to remain... be sustained and continue in your life - True success is the spirit of victory that was already achieved on the cross in eternity - this means that true failure is remaining defeated and true victory is always getting back up.
RESURRECTION
Now when we begin to look at "Recovery" we understand that the measure of our growth in the spirit is not by failure and success alone, but by our ability to access the power of resurrection in the face of immanent failure and death. The ability to sustain recovery from every failure in your season, week, day and hour - is the true picture of spiritual growth.
CLOSING THE GAP
Instead of focusing on the fact that you failed - take a look at how quickly you recovered - every time the gap is closed your are moving closer to sustained victory - not on the basis that you achieved anything, but on the merit that you continued to get up in what He achieved.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." Eph 2:8
GRACE THROUGHT FAITH
Because of his grace - recovery is not measured by the mistake - but by your faith to continue on in what God gave you to do. God is not delayed by sin, only we are - when we have a sin and failure conscience. This is not a license to mess up but it is the ability to recover as quickly as your faith is to get revelation from the mistake and Recover in His Grace...
